Hilton Lisle/Naperville <-> Fermilab
ESCC / Internet2 Joint Techs Workshops

Fermi Parking Availability: Fermilab is located approx 11 miles from the Hilton.  Bus transportation will be provided between the 2 locations.  We would like to encourage attendees to use the transportation provided where possible to alleviate the limited parking situation at Fermilab.  Any attendee not using the official meeting transportation will be required to present their ID at the security gate. Thank you.

Hotel Pick-up/Drop-off Locations: Hilton Lisle/Naperville, 3003 Corporate West Drive, Lisle (Parking Lot A) <--> Fermilab, Batavia, Main Horse-Shoe Entrance outside Wilson Hall.

Directions to Parking Lot A of Hilton – Go right of the hotel lobby, pass the elevators, through the double doors as if you were going to the pool/fitness center.  The South Parking Lot Door is on the right hand side.  Take sidewalk to the parking lot where the busses will be staged.

>     SUNDAY JULY 15

Afternoon: One bus (55-seater) looping between Hilton Hotel and Fermilab with pickups at the hotel at 11:00am, 12noon, 1pm, 2pm and 3pm, ending with a pick up at Fermilab at 5:00pm.

>     MONDAY JULY 16

Morning: Four busses (55-seaters) with staggered departures (7:00am, 7:15am, 7:30am and 7:45am) from the Hilton Hotel to Fermilab.  First bus that leaves at 7:00am to make 1 more run back to Fermilab, departing hotel at 8:00am

Lunchtime: One bus (55-seater) looping between Fermilab and the Hilton Hotel, with pickups at Fermilab at 12noon, 1pm and 2pm.

Afternoon: Four busses (55-seaters) with staggered departures (4:45pm, 5:00pm, 5:15pm and 5:30pm) from Fermilab to the Hilton Hotel. First bus that leaves at 4:45pm to make 1 more run back to hotel, departing Fermilab at 5:45pm

>     TUESDAY JULY 17

Morning: Four busses (55-seaters) with staggered departures (7:00am, 7:15am, 7:30am and 7:45am) from the Hilton Hotel to Fermilab.  First bus that leaves at 7:00am to make 1 more run back to Fermilab, departing hotel at 8:00am

Lunchtime/Afternoon: Three busses (55-seaters) with staggered departures 12:00pm, 12:15pm and 12:30pm) from Fermilab to Hilton Hotel and one bus (55-seater) looping between Fermilab and the Hilton Hotel, with pickups  at  Fermilab at 1:30pm, 2:30pm and 4:30pm, back to the Hilton.

Morning: One bus (55-seater) leaving at 7:30am from The Hilton Hotel to Fermilab

Afternoon:  One bus (55-seater) leaving at 4:30pm from Fermilab to the Hilton Hotel
