SUNDAY JANUARY 20

Afternoon: One bus  doing a continuous loop between Sheraton Waikiki Bus Depot and U.H. East-West Center (Jefferson Hall) starting with a pick up at the hotel at 11:00am, 12:00noon, 1:00pm, 2:00pm, 3:00pm  and ending with a pick up at U.H. East-West Center (Jefferson Hall) at 4:30pm.   One additional bus at East-West Center (Jefferson Hall) to depart at 4:45pm (2 buses total departing East –West Center (Jefferson Hall) at end of day) – PLEASE NOTE LUNCH WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE AT THE EWC TODAY SO ATTENDEES SHOULD FIND LUNCH BEFORE HEADING OVER TO EAST-WEST CENTER

MONDAY JANUARY 21

Morning: Four buses with staggered departures (7:00am, 7:00am, 7:15am, 7:30am) from the Sheraton Waikiki to U.H. East-West Center (Jefferson Hall).  First bus that left at 7:00am to make 1 more run back to U.H. East-West Center (Jefferson Hall), departing Sheraton at 8:00am.

Late Afternoon: Four buses with staggered departures (5:00pm, 5:00pm, 5:15pm, 5:30pm) from U.H. East-West Center (Jefferson Hall) to the Sheraton Waikiki Bus Depot.  First bus which leaves at 5:00pm to make 1 more run back to Sheraton, departing U.H. East-West Center (Jefferson Hall) at 6:00pm.

TUESDAY JANUARY 22

Morning: Four buses with staggered departures (6:45am, 6:45am, 7:00am, 7:15am) from the Sheraton Waikiki Bus Depot to U.H. East-West Center (Jefferson Hall).   First bus which leaves at 6:45am to make 1 more run back to U.H. East-West Center (Jefferson Hall), departing Sheraton at 7:45am.

Late Afternoon: Four buses with staggered departures (5:00pm, 5:00pm, 5:15pm, 5:30pm) from U.H. East-West Center (Jefferson Hall) to the Sheraton Waikiki Bus Depot.  First bus that left at 5:00pm to make 1 more run back to Sheraton, departing U.H. East-West Center (Jefferson Hall) at 6:00pm.

Evening:  Two buses from Sheraton Waikiki Bus Depot back to UH East-West Center departing hotel at 7:45pm and 8:00pm

WEDNESDAY JANUARY 23

Morning: Five buses with staggered departures (6:45am, 6:45am, 7:00am, 7:15am, 7:30am) from the Sheraton Waikiki Bus Depot to U.H. East-West Center (Jefferson Hall).  First bus that left at 6:45 am to make 1 more run back to U.H. East-West Center (Jefferson Hall), departing Sheraton at 7:45am.

Lunchtime/Afternoon: Two buses with staggered departures (12:00pm, 12:30pm) from U.H East-West Center (Jefferson Hall) to Sheraton Waikiki Bus Depot.   Each bus to make 1 more run back to U.H. East-West Center (Jefferson Hall) with departures from East-West Cente (Jefferson Hall)r at 1:00pm and 1:30pm

Late Afternoon: Four buses with staggered departures (5:00pm, 5:30pm, 5:30pm, 5:45pm) from U.H. East-West Center (Jefferson Hall) to the Sheraton Waikiki Bus Depot.  First bus that left at 5:00pm to make 1 more run back to Sheraton, departing U.H. East-West Center (Jefferson Hall) at 6:00pm. 

  THURSDAY JANUARY 24

Morning: Three buses with staggered departures (7:00am, 7:15am, 7:30am) from the Sheraton Waikiki Bus Depot to U.H. East-West Center (Jefferson Hall).  First bus only that left at 7:00am to make 1 more run back to U.H. East-West Center (Jefferson Hall), departing Sheraton at 8:00am

Afternoon: Three buses with staggered departures (5:30pm, 5:45pm, 6:00pm) from U.H. East West Center (Jefferson Hall) to Kapiolani Community College (Ohia Cafeteria).   The 5:30pm bus should return to U.H East West Center (Jefferson Hall) and make one additional run to Kapiolani Community College (Ohia Cafeteria).

Afternoon:  One bus departing at 5:00pm from U.H. East-West Center (Jefferson Hall) back to Sheraton

Evening:  One bus from Kapiolani Community College (Ohia Cafeteria) to East-West Center (Jefferson Hall), departing at 7:45pm only

Evening: Three buses from Kapiolani Community College (Ohia Cafeteria) to Sheraton Waikiki Bus Depot, commencing departures at 7:45pm - each bus leaving when full.  First bus to leave should return to Kapiolani Community College (Ohia Cafeteria) and make one additional run to the Sheraton

FRIDAY JANUARY 25

Morning: Three buses with staggered departures (7:30am, 7:45am, 8:00am) from the Sheraton Waikiki to U.H. East-West Center (Jefferson Hall).  First bus that left at 7:30am to make 1 more run back to U.H. East-West Center (Jefferson Hall) departing Sheraton at 8:30am.

Afternoon:  Three buses with staggered departures (1:30pm, 1:45pm, 2:00pm) from the U.H. East-West Center (Jefferson Hall) to Sheraton Waikiki Bus Depot. First bus that left at 1:30pm to make 1 more run back to Sheraton Waikiki Bus Depot departing U.H. East-West Center (Jefferson Hall) at 2:30pm.
