Block Rates: Single/Double ($99.00). There is an additional $20.00 extra per additional adult in the room after double occupancy.

Guest rooms are subject to applicable state and local taxes in effect at the time of check-in unless written proof of exempt status is provided by guest at check-in. The current tax rate is 13%.

Guarantee and Cancellation Policy: All rooms must be guaranteed for late arrival and secured with a deposit equal to the first night's room and tax, with a major credit card. Failure to cancel a guaranteed reservation 24 hours prior to arrival will result in a charge of one night's room and tax applied to the credit card or forfeiture of the deposit.

Hotel Services include an onsite fitness center as well as complimentary access to the sports and recreational facilities of the adjacent University of Minnesota. The hotel also offers complimentary transportation with a 5-mile radius of the hotel. Please note that the hotel shuttle is not able to transport guests between the airport and hotel.

Parking: Overnight guests - Parking is available on a first come, first serve basis, in the parking lot located behind the Hotel. A daily parking fee, currently at $9.50 per day, per vehicle, applies, which includes "in-and-out" privileges to registered overnight guests, or $12.50 for Valet Parking. Non-overnight guests may park in the Washington Avenue Ramp that is connected to the Hotel by an enclosed walkway. Current charges are: $2.50 per hour (up to 5 hrs) with a $12.00 maximum daily charge.
