Conference Fees
PLEASE NOTE THESE IMPORTANT LOGISTICAL CHANGES
1) Breakfast WILL NOT
be provided on Campus for the duration of the meeting. The
Embassy Suites will provide complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast
from 6:00am-9:00am (Mon-Fri) and 7:00am-10:30am (Sat/Sun).
2) The Welcome Reception will now take place on evening of Tuesday,
July 22. Tuesday night’s hotel meetings will now move to
Monday, July 21 (RONs/Connectors BoF and JET meeting)
Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy:
You may pay for this conference in the form of a credit card or invoice
guaranteed by credit card. When you visit the registration page,
you will be asked to indicate your form of payment. If you
request an invoice and if the invoice is not paid within thirty days of
the event, the credit card provided will automatically be charged for
your meeting registration fee. Cancellations received up until
11:59pm EDT on Friday July 4, 2008 are entitled to a full conference
refund. There will be no refunds after this date. If you
cancel after 11:59pm EDT on Friday July 4, 2008 and have not paid by
any other means, your credit card will be charged the cost of the
registration fee. If you cancel your registration after 11:59pm
EDT on Friday July 4, 2008 you may name another person from your
organization to take your place.
