Payment,Cancellation and Refund Policy:
You may pay for this conference in the form of a credit card
or invoice guaranteed by credit card. When you visit the registration
page, you will be asked to indicate your form of payment. If
you request an invoice and the invoice is not paid within thirty
days of the event, the credit card provided will automatically
be charged for your meeting registration fee. Cancellations
received on or before 5:00pm EDT on January 22, 2006 are entitled
to a full conference refund. There will be no refunds after
this date. If you cancel after 5:00pm EDT on January 22, 2006
and have not paid by any other means, your credit card will
be charged the cost of the registration fee. If you cancel your
registration after 5:00pm EDT on January 22, 2006 you may name
another person from your organization to take your place.
