Right in the heart of Texas, the Hilton College Station & Conference Center is located at the intersection of University Drive and Tarrow Boulevard, less than two miles from Texas A&M University.  Within a three mile radius of the hotel, guests can shop at the Post Oak Mall, visit the Brazos Valley Museum, or tour the new George Bush Library located on the campus of Texas A&M University. The Messina Hof Winery, located just minutes from the hotel, offers daily tours of the winery, vineyard, and wine cellar as well as samplings of the many award winning wines produced here in the Brazos Valley.

Block Rates: Run of House – Single $99.00 / Double $119.00.  The additional person charge is $10.00

Guest rooms are subject to applicable state and local taxes in effect at the time of check-in. The current tax rate is 13%, but subject to change without notice.

Block Cut-Off Date: Friday January 9, 2009 at 5:00 pm local time

Reservations Method: Reservations can be made, modified or canceled by individuals calling the hotel directly at 979-693-7500 or by calling Central Reservations at 1-800-HILTONS and, in either case, referring to the group reservation name or group code as detailed above.  Group rates will be offered (3) days prior and (3) days after the meeting dates subject to availability of rooms at the group rate.

Reservations may also be made on line using Group Code INT2, as long as the dates you are booking fall within the lodging block dates (Friday January 30 through and including Thursday, February 5).  If you wish to book dates outside of this range, please call the hotel directly to ensure you received the discounted rate.

2)  Select Reservations from the left hand navigation bar.
3)  Select your dates (within the block range as detailed above)
4)  Scroll down and under Special Accounts (optional), enter INT2 in the Group/Convention Code field.

Cancellation Policy: All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid major credit card, which will be supplied at the time of reservation.  Cancellations will be accepted prior to 24 hours local time of the day of arrival.  If the reservation is no longer required and is not canceled prior to this time, the reservation will be released and subsequent room and tax charges equal to one night’s stay will be billed to the credit card on file.

Bell Ranch Steakhouse  offers first-rate prime beef dinners and diners also enjoy seafood fresh from the Gulf; generous home-style sides, and sumptuous, over-the-top desserts (Sunday through Thursday, 5:00pm to 10:00pm Friday and Saturday, 5:00pm to 11:00 p.m.

The Gallery Bar in the main lobby offers a relaxing spot to unwind and enjoy the Texas sunset.
