Transportation and Parking / Bus Schedule / Taxis


The Hilton College Station is located about 3 miles from the Memorial Student Center. A shuttle service (exact schedule to be determined) will be provided for Joint Techs, ESCC, and NetGuru attendees, from Sunday (PM) February 1 through Thursday February 5 (PM). Please note that there will be no transporation provided for attendees of the pre- or post-workshops.

Visitor parking is located across the street from the MSC in our University Center Garage. The rate is a maximum of $15/day.

Hotel Pick-up/Drop-off Locations: Hilton College Station & Conference Center (Hilton), 801 University Drive East, 
< - > Memorial Student Center (MSC).  Journey time each way is approx 15mins but maybe less depending on traffic.

*** Pickup/drop-off location at the Hilton is at the west side of the building facing Tarrow Drive
*** Pickup/drop-off location at MSC will be between the breezeway entrance and the bookstore entrance.
     Either entrance can be used to enter the Student Center.  Registration is on the 2nd Floor in Serpentine Lounge

** Please Note:  The MSC Food Court is NOT open at the weekend so plan on having lunch before you head over to MSC on Sunday.  Beverage only refreshments will be available at 2:30pm on Sunday

SUNDAY FEBRUARY 1

Afternoon (Joint Techs): One bus doing a continuous loop between Hilton College Station & Conference Center (Hilton) and Memorial Student Center (MSC) starting with a pick up at the hotel at 11:30am and ending with 2:30pm pickup at Hilton to MSC.

Late Afternoon (Joint Techs):  Three buses for final pick up at MSC at 4:30pm.

MONDAY FEBRUARY 2

Morning (Joint Techs): Three buses departing Hilton at 7:15am (can depart earlier if full) to MSC then returning to Hilton and departing Hilton at 7:45am back to MSC.

Lunchtime (Joint Techs): One bus doing continuous loop from 12:00pm and 2:00pm between MSC and The Hilton, starting with a pickup at MSC at 12:00pm Late Afternoon (Joint Techs): Four Buses total – Two buses departing MSC at 4:00pm (can depart earlier if full) to The Hilton then back to MSC, departing MSC at 5:15pm.  In addition ADD 2 buses (4 total) for return journey only at 5:15pm back to Hilton.


TUESDAY FEBRUARY 3

Morning (Joint Techs): Three buses departing Hilton at 7:15am (can depart earlier if full) to MSC then returning to Hilton and departing Hilton 7:45am back to MSC.

Lunchtime (Joint Techs): One bus doing continuous loop from 12:00pm and 2:00pm between MSC and The Hilton, starting with a pickup at MSC at 12:00pm. Late Afternoon (Joint Techs): Four Buses total – One bus departing at 4:30pm (can depart earlier if full) from MSC to The Hilton then back to MSC, departing MSC at 5:00pm.  In addition ADD 3 buses (4 total) for return journey only at 5:00pm back to Hilton.


WEDNESDAY FEBRUARY 4

Morning (Joint Techs): Three buses departing Hilton at 7:15am (can depart earlier if full) to MSC then returning to Hilton and departing Hilton at 7:45am back to MSC.

Lunchtime (Joint Techs): Three buses doing continuous loop from 12:00pm to 1:30pm between MSC and The Hilton, starting with pickup at MSC at noon and ending with pickup from MSC at 1:30pm.

Late Afternoon (ESCC/NetGurus):  Two buses departing MSC at 5:30pm to The Hilton.

THURSDAY FEBRUARY 5

Morning (ESCC/NetGurus): Two buses departing Hilton at 7:30am to MSC

Afternoon (ESCC/NetGurus):  Two buses departing MSC at 3:30pm to The Hilton
